Description
When the young and handsome Dorian Gray sees a portrait of himself, he makes a wish, saying he would give anything to remain the same as his picture, and never grow old. In his search for eternal youth and beauty, and encouraged by his elegant and sophisticated friend, Lord Henry, Dorian dedicates himself to a life of uncontrolled passion and pleasure. His wish comes true: he never gets old, but, in return, the portrait has taken his soul.
